Dice your peppers and onion into small pieces.
yum!Method
Cut your snap peas in half, or to the size you prefer.

Lightly sauté your vegetables in a little olive oil, starting with the onion and minced garlic, then adding the rest of the veggies 2–3 minutes later.
Once the veggies have slightly softened and coloured, take them out and set aside. Now start on your mince: your pan needs to be on high heat. Make sure you separate the meat so it isn't clumpy, and brown it properly.
Once cooked through, lower the heat and add your veggies back in.
Meanwhile, boil your Indomie for about 5–7 minutes.
Once soft, drain the noodles and add them to the veggie and beef mixture.
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch).
Add the sauce to your noodles and veggies and wait for it to slightly thicken. Your noodles are ready.
